From April 08, 2019 to Aug 31, 2019 we will be playing at the Camrose Recreation Centre (Rudy Swanson Recreation Park) in the Max McLean arena (4512 – 53 St).
The 2019 playing fees at the Max McLean arena will be the same as last year:
- $40 for a 5 month Max Pass (from April 1 to August 31, 2019) (The 5 month Max Pass will be available to purchase until the end of April, 2019.)
- $10 for a monthly Max Pass
- $2 per day for member
- $5 per day for non-member. Non-members are required to sign a Drop-in Liability Waiver form before playing. (click here to see / download the waiver form).
If paying by cash, exact change would be appreciated as we usually do not have any change available!
To purchase a 5 month or monthly Max Pass, you must order them by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . You will then receive your Max Pass by return email. You can print your pass and keep it with you to show the Money Collector if needed. Or, just save the photo of the pass to a mobile device that you could show to a Money Collector if needed. Payment can be made by E-transfer or by cheque or cash at the courts.
No Passes will be available at the courts. However, for those with no computer, you could order your pass from Roy or Claudine at the courts and they will be happy to print the Pass for you.
A list of players that have bought passes will be available at the courts for the Money Collector to use. No tickets will be printed or used. It is hoped that this procedure will alleviate some of the pressure put on our Money Collectors and remove the need of having single tickets.
Players will sign the attendance book and put a “P” (for “Pass”) or a “$” (for cash) beside their name.

From Sep 01, 2019 to April 7, 2020, we will be playing at the Community Centre (Fieldhouse at 4516 – 54 St).
Playing fees are $5 a visit for members ($6 a visit for non-members). Exact change would be appreciated as we usually do not have any change available!

Members can purchase visit tickets in a sheet of 20 for $90 or a sheet of 10 for $45. Ticket sheets must be pre-ordered by sending an email to email@example.com (indicate your method of payment: eTransfer, (to the same email address) cheque or cash). Your ticket sheet will be emailed to you so you can print your tickets. Payments by cheque or cash must be made at your next playing time.
Members who cannot print their ticket sheet can contact Roy Fairweather to have them printed for you.
If by the end of March, you still have some Fieldhouse tickets, please keep them as they will still be valid once we move back to the Fieldhouse in September.
